Terms of Service

SalonSpot is software for salons. It helps a salon answer calls, book appointments, and manage related front desk work. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

You must give accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the plan you choose.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel a monthly subscription. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. It does not undo charges that have already been made, except where a money-back guarantee applies.

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only as described on the offer page at the time of purchase. If that page does not describe the guarantee, it does not apply to that purchase.

Do not use SalonSpot to break the law, harm others, send spam, or interfere with the service. Do not try to access accounts, salons, or data that are not yours.

The salon is responsible for its own customer relationships and for the information it provides to SalonSpot. That includes customer names, phone numbers, and appointment details. You must have the right to provide that information and to contact those customers.

We work to keep SalonSpot available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, SalonSpot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data. SalonSpot's total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid for SalonSpot in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using SalonSpot at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must do so to follow the law, or if we stop offering the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using SalonSpot after an update, you accept the updated terms.
