SalonSpot helps salons answer calls and book appointments. This page says what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect information you give us and information created when the service is used:
- Name
- Phone number
- Salon name
- Call recordings, transcripts, and booking data. We process these to answer calls and book appointments for salons.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Analytics and cookies, including the Meta Pixel and PostHog session analytics.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Run the service
- Book appointments
- Send texts and confirmations
- Improve our pages
- Measure ads
Sharing
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the product, with our payment processor, and when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep information for as long as we need it to run SalonSpot, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete it. See how to delete your data.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
SalonSpot is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
- To opt out of texts, reply STOP.
- To request access to your information, or to ask us to delete it, email getsalonspot@gmail.com.

Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using SalonSpot after an update, you accept the updated policy.
