Why the phone is still where salon money is

- How do I know how many calls I miss?
- Most salons underestimate it. Check your phone carrier or business phone app for missed and unanswered counts over a normal week — include after-hours calls, which are invisible if they hit voicemail.
- Does this include repeat-visit value?
- No — deliberately. The calculator counts only the first missed appointment. A new client who books with a competitor instead may be worth many visits, so the real number is higher than what you see here.
